The museum will be featuring a hall displaying architectural models of iconic Bulgarian churches and monasteries from the times of the First Bulgarian Kingdom to the present day, replicas of the oldest church bells in Europe, found in Melnik, a copy of The Four Gospels of Tsar Ivan Alexander (London Gospels), authentic ancient crosses and archaeological artifacts, a replica of the seal of St. Tsar Boris the Baptizer, a replica of the seal of St. Trivellius Theoktist - Khan Tervel, copies of Glagolitic manuscripts from the Monastery of St. Catherine at the foot of Mount Sinai, wax figures, an art gallery, a cinema hall, the Chapel of St. Tsar Boris, and a large spacious hall for cultural events and concerts.

The cultural center will also house an arts academy with training halls, a hall for children's musical and theatrical performances, studios for painting, woodcarving, sculpture and ceramics, offices, smaller galleries, technical rooms, etc.

The structural and geotechnical design of the ZLATEN VEK building was successively reviewed by the engineering firm Rene Lagos, Chile, and an independent structural assessment was prepared for the various design stages. Finally, the building was checked with one of the most modern codes for tall buildings in seismic areas: the Los Angeles Tall Building Structural Design Council Code of 2011 (LATBSDC, 2011). The design assessment using nonlinear analysis and taking into account the real behavior of the building during an earthquake with the following conclusion: (document: RLE-NT-2016216-0005-A) The overall performance of the ZLATEN VEK building fully meets the requirements of the LATBSDC, 2011 codes, both for normal operation and for the maximum possible earthquake (with a reference recurrence period of 2475 years).

An automatic fire alarm system based on an intelligent fire alarm control panel is provided for the entire building. Each floor in the building is equipped with two fire hydrants located in the lobbies/apartment entrances. The building is equipped with a voice announcement system in critical situations. Pre-recorded evacuation messages can be broadcast in specific areas by risk priority, as well as by priority from an operator or firefighter. To ensure that residents are informed of an emergency situation in the building, additional speakers are located in the common areas, as well as in the corridors and entrances of each apartment.

Excellent noise insulation, through floors and ceilings, through the so-called "floating floor" - 20 mm. stone wool with a high density of 200 kg/m3 located between the reinforced concrete slab and the cement screed. The cement screed is separated from the wall structure and the supporting elements of the building, by an insulating tape, preventing the spread of impact noise along the structural elements of the building. The partition walls between the individual properties in the building will be completed with the latest drywall technologies with a double burglar-resistant structure with an additional layer of sheet metal and mineral wool filling, in order to ensure noise insulation between neighboring properties.

Individual air conditioning systems (freon system) will be installed in each property. The air conditioning system allows operation in heating and cooling modes, independent of the central heating system. Individual ventilation with recuperation is provided in each property. The ventilation system provides fresh air for the residents and ventilation of the premises. The facade ventilation grilles for fresh and exhaust air of the system will be located in installation niches on the facade of the building.

The structure is made of high-strength concrete with special additives, and at each stage of the construction, real tests are conducted for the quality of the reinforcement and concrete. The highest class formwork is used, ensuring the smoothness and quality of the reinforced concrete structure. A series of piles have been installed under the foundation of the building, ensuring minimal and uniform settlement of the ground. Electronic sensors are installed in the piles, allowing real control of the settlement throughout the construction period.
